3. Refund Policy
* Refunds are issued for eligible returns once the product is received and inspected.
* Non-refundable items: opened/used perfumes, samples, gift cards, and sale items.
* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Share your Memoria
* Post about your Memoria on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, then send us the link. We'll check how far it travels, and the further it reaches, the more we send back: 10% off at 2,000 views, a sample box at 10,000, and a full-size Memoria at 25,000. No codes to share, no commission, no catch. Just make something worth watching. Your post needs to be public so we can verify the views ourselves. We'll email you once we've reviewed it.
* Rewards are based on views we verify ourselves, not on the view count you report. Your post must stay public and be your own content about Memoria Fragrances. Each milestone can be reached once per person. Discount codes are issued to your email address and can be used once. We may decline submissions that appear misleading, purchased, or unrelated to Memoria.
