Welcome to MEMORIA FRAGRANCES.
We’re committed to offering you unique, high-quality fragrances with a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Payment & Delivery

* We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment options will be available soon.
* Please note: packages cannot be opened while the courier is waiting.
* Once you receive your order, we take full responsibility for any issues or damages reported according to our return policy.

2. Returns & Exchanges

* For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
* Returns are accepted only if:
   * The product arrived damaged.
   * The wrong item was sent.
* You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

 

3. Refund Policy

* Refunds are issued for eligible returns once the product is received and inspected.
* Non-refundable items: opened/used perfumes, samples, gift cards, and sale items.
* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

* Our perfumes are made with high-quality ingredients, but please check the ingredient list for possible allergens. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
* Store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve quality.
* Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin chemistry and environment.
